双极人工股骨头置换术与全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折疗效对比分析

Abstract Objective: To investigate and compare the efficacy of bipolar artificial femoral head replacement and total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of elderly femoral neck fracture. Methods: A total of 80 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture who were hospitalized from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in BFHR group received bipolar artificial femoral head replacement (BFHR) while patients in THR group received total hip arthroplasty Replacement surgery (THR) was performed to compare the clinical parameters of the two groups, hip function, long-term complications and hip joint prognosis. Results: The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative blood transfusion, hospitalization and hospitalization costs in BFHR group were significantly lower than those in THR group. The Harris total score at the end of follow-up was significantly lower than that in THR group. The long-term complication rate (P<0.05). There was a significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The WOMAC score and OHS score in the final follow-up were significantly higher than those in the THR group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Both BFHR and THR can achieve significant clinical effect in a short period of time, but fewer THR complications and better long-term prognosis are the first choice for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. However, BFHR has low trauma and moderate cost, Elderly patients in poor condition, with reference.
