| Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing Effects of High Ligation of Great Saphenous Vein combined with Foam Sclerotherapy for Varicose Veins of Lower Extremities |

Abstract Objective: To analyze the clinical effects of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of patients with varicose veins of the lower limbs by high ligation of the great saphenous vein combined with foam sclerotherapy. Methods: A total of 68 patients with varicose veins of lower extremities admitted to Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from July 2016 to July 2017 were randomly selected. All patients were treated with high ligation of great saphenous vein and injection of foam sclerosing agent. At the same time, the patients were divided into 34 cases in the control group and the treatment group according to the random envelope method. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and the patients in the treatment group were treated with comprehensive nursing, that is, the nursing intervention was carried out before, during and after the operation on the basis of the control group, and the psychological nursing and discharge nursing were carried out. The clinical symptoms and signs score, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed. Results: The patients in the treatment group were more satisfied with the nursing than the control group. The clinical symptoms and signs and complications of the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of high saphenous vein ligation and foam sclerosing agent injection in the treatment of varicose veins in patients with comprehensive nursing care intervention can not only improve the clinical symptoms and signs, improve nursing satisfaction, but also reduce the incidence of complications, it is worthy of clinical application.
