膀胱肿瘤患者应用激光助力经尿道膀胱肿瘤整块切除术的临床效果

Abstract Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of laser assisted transurethral resection of bladder tumor and the effect on the survival time of bladder tumor patients. Methods: 84 cases of bladder tumor patients admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into control group and study group with 42 cases in each group. The control group were treated with transurethral resection of bladder tumor en bloc resection, application of laser assisted study group patients after transurethral resection of the bladder tumor en bloc resection. Postoperative operative time, intraoperative blood loss and time of indwelling catheter were compared between the two groups, including operative time, postoperative complications, postoperative recurrence rate and survival rate. Results: The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, indwelling catheter time and hospitalization time in the control group were significantly higher than those in the study group (P<0.05). The incidence and recurrence rate of postoperative complications in the control group were significantly higher than those in the study group (P<0.05). The study group survival rate was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of laser assisted force in bladder tumor resection for bladder tumor can significantly improve the clinical effect. The incidence of complications is significantly reduced, the survival time is obviously improved and the risk of recurrence is low. It is less traumatic and worthy of further promotion in clinical.
