Abstract Objective: To investigate the effect of endoscopic metal titanium clip and injection hemostasis on acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods: 100 patients with acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were enrolled from February 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. Endoscopic patients were given endoscopic titanium titanium capsules. Patients in the drug group were given Injection of drugs to stop bleeding, compared the two groups of clinical symptoms score, vital signs, blood indicators, the overall hemostatic effect and quality of life. Results: The clinical symptoms of the patients in the endoscopic group were significantly lower than those in the drug group. The heart rate level was significantly lower than that of the drug group. The levels of diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, erythrocyte and hemoglobin were significantly higher than those of the drug group (P <0.01). The effective rate of bleeding was significantly higher than that of the drug group (P <0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Endoscopic titanium titanium tourniquet has a significant effect on acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
