Retrospective Analysis on the Transcatheter Selective Cerebral Arterial Thrombolysis in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction |

Abstract Objective: To analyze and study the clinical effect of transcatheter selective cerebral arterial thrombolysis in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. methods: 48 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated with transcatheter selective cerebral arterial thrombolysis in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the observation group,48 patients who were treated with intravenous thrombolysis at the same time were selected as the control group, then the total effective rates at different time after the treatment, nerve function indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rates of observation group at 1st,2nd and 4th week after the treatment were all higher than those of control group, the serum expression levels of nerve function indexes at 1st, 2nd and 4th week after the treatment were all lower than those of control group, all P<0.05,the results of two groups all had significant differences. Conclusion: The clinical effect of transcatheter selective cerebral arterial thrombolysis in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction is better,and its improvement role for the nerve function of patients is more obvious, so the application value of treatment in the patients with acute cerebral infarction is higher.
