| Comparative Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Three Different Surgical Methods in the Treatment of Patients with Severe Mixed Hemorrhoids |

Abstract Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of three different surgical methods in the treatment of patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids. methods: 90 cases with severe mixed hemorrhoid from January 2014 to March 2016 in the Department of general surgery were selected and divided into three groups according to admission time sequence with 30 cases in each group. Group A were treated by rubber ring ligation combined with Milligan surgery, and group B by Xiaozhi spirit injection joint strip plunge into art and group C by Milligan Morgan operation. The clinical efficacy surgery related indicators, complications, postoperative recurrence rate and satisfaction degree were observed and compared among the three groups. Results: The clinical curative effect were no statistical difference among the three groups of patients (P>0.05). The operation time, bleeding volume and hospitalization time of group A and group B were both less than those in group C (P<0.05), there were on statistical difference between group A and group B (P>0.05). The wound healing time in group B was significantly less than that of group A and C group (P<0.05) and the wound healing time in group A less than that in group C (P<0.05). The complications of group A was significantly less than that in group B and group C (P<0.05) and the complications of group B were less than it in group C (P<0.05). The pain score of B group at each time were significantly lower than that of group A and group C (P<0.05), and the pain score of group A were lower than that in group C (P<0.05); the recurrence rate and satisfaction of patients in group A were better than those in group B and group C (P<0.05). Conclusion: Rubber ring ligation combined with Milligan Morgan and Xiaozhi spirit injection joint strip plunge into art are effective in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids. Rubber ring ligation combined with Milligan Morgan has the advantages of simple operation and less complications and Xiaozhi spirit injection joint strip plunge into arthas less pain and wound healing fast.
